It has good location close enough to restaurants and travel destination and industrial park. Everyone who works in the hotel is pleasant and accommodating.

This place's location is great - we could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was amazing with a variety of options like muffins and different cereals.

The newly remodelled room was a decent size and setup perfectly for the ironing board. The hotel's location is very convenient, with nearby restaurants, an industrial park, and easy access to the Turnpike.

The breakfast was incredible for what was on offer with muffins, bacon. The location for West Springfield was good and magnificent, so close to the Turnpike, restaurants and travel destination and casino. Furthermore, close to eveything.

The staff was courteous, so I would stay there again. The location in a good area was favourable. Also, Bible Baptist Church was 2 miles away. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, room was modern & recently renovated. The bathroom was clean and it had a shower and hairdryers for my convenience.

Additionally, the location was easy to access from the Turnpike and was very quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Furthermore, I appreciated the fact that the hotel had breakfast items available, which provided a convenient start to the day. I was satisfied with the service, staff, basic amenities, and the overall experience of my stay.

Although there were no major issues, there was one aspect that could be improved. The room was a little cold even with the heat on, which made it slightly less comfortable.

I liked the room I liked the clean room and the two TV sets. I also like they had extra towels, they did not have extra toilet paper, which is important. The breakfast was the best I have had when I traveled. I liked the selection of items and the juices. The tables were clean. The women who worked the breakfast was nice and helpful. Will stay there again......
